Low syn porridge

I I've been looking at sachets of porridge to have for my breakfast and they all seem to be 4 suns and upwards. I've checked Quaker, does anyone know of any lower syn alternatives?

Thank you ?

To be honest i dont think there is (hopefully someone will pop on at correct me if im wrong) but a good thing i find is to bulk out your porridge once cooked with a chopped up apple mixed in with it then add fat free natural yoghurt and berries. So that way its much more filling. Also oats not in sachets can be weighted out easily to the amount of syns u want to use.

Do you need to syn them? Can't you use one measure as a HexB?

I vote for making it with skimmed milk as part of my HexA and served with chopped banana - yum!

I know some you can use as healthy extras which is fine but I thought if I wanted to use my b for anything else what were the lowest syn valued ones? Ideally I was thinking the instant pots but these seem to be the highest of all!

All cereals are a straight 1 syn for 20 calories so 100 calories = 5 syns regardless of type as there is no free food allowance
