Morning! Just seen these new in Morrison's, does anyone no how many syns ? There's a salmon and yogurt, tuna Mexican style, mackerel with mustard, thanks in advance and merry Xmas.
According to the SW website, the salmon and yoghurt, mediterranean tuna and mexican tuna are 1.5 syns per level tbsp. Mackerel with mustard, Tuna mild curry and Tuna mayo with sweetcorn are 2 syns per level tbsp.
