Flexible Syns

Hi all

I'm new to SW, I only started on Thursday & in still trying to get my head around it! I'm used to doing weight watchers so using flexible pro points. I know the recommended syns are 5-15 per day but can you go over on some days & stay under on others. I want this to fit with my life which includes wine...I had 38 syns yesterday & 78.5 in 4 days. I suppose the answer will be in the scales on Thursday!

What do you guys do? Do you go over on some days or stick to 15 max a day??

I try to stick with 5 - 15 Syns per day... If I know I'm having a drink or going out at the weekend I'll have as little as possible up until then and afterwards, so effectively flexi-syn... it's not ideal, My consultant doesn't recommend it because she would rather you stuck with plan and thus will reflect better weight loss... but we can't be boring all the time can we!

You'll find everyone has different view on this.
 
Ha ha, exactly we definitely can't be boring all the time!! Plus I'm a bit of a glut when it comes to wine, once I start I can't stop :O !
