Hi,
Im new to this site and have been doing the slimming world EE for 2 weeks now lost 8 pound so far so not going too badly!
My husband and I are both doing the diet by ourselves so we're not actually going to a meeting. We have the new books but no way of
accessing the syn calculator. So any help would be much appreciated.
Does anyone know the syn value in Sainsbury's onion relish please. Thanks very much. Bev
