Cous Cous Packets

I went to slimming world for a few years but unfortunately when moving iv misplaced my book so its got most of the syn values in it I used to use.
Can anyone give me syn values for aldi packets of cous cous (Spicy is one of them) also other variety's like ansley harriett ones?
Its for some quick lunches as iv tried the plain cous cous but can never make it have as much flavour so thought I would try this and use a few syns here and there.
Any help appreciated.

The Ainsley ones range from 1 syn (the 100g spice sensation) to sun-dried tomato at 3 syns - that's excluding oil/butter. Most are 2-2.5.

Do you mean the Ainsley one? 3 syns for the 100g pack, w/o butter & oil.

I use the Ainsley Harriott tomato and chilli one pretty much every day - 2.5 syns of amazing, flavorful, easy to make couscous
