Can someone clarify please I have read on here that some are free no Syns but then I have checked and they are :s

They have syns, according to Syns Online - not that many though! If you want a free pasta snack, the Mugshots sold in supermarkets with 1% fat are free. (Not the ones sold in poundshops; they have a different recipe and sometimes have a syn value.)
