Hi,

Does anyone know the syn value of Veetee Dine In Thia Jasmine Rice?

Can't find it on syns online, and the syns calculator says it's free, but I don't know if that can be right?

I can't read what it says on that picture, but basically if it is just rice it is free but if there is oil listed in the ingredients list on the back of the package, then it will have syns.

Yeah, it's not on syns online, it has oil in it, but on the syns calculator it comes out as free, which I thought couldn't be right.

I'm hoping someone knows how many syns it would be?

in the food directory it is listed as 2 syns on EE, 25 on red and 2 on green for a 300g pack.
