Corned Beef Tin

Hi Everyone,

I am new to slimming world, only started on Monday. I travel a lot so can't commit to the classes so I'm going it alone. eek. Tea at Mams on a Tuesday night is going to be tricky but I'll work on that. Anyway, last night she made panacklety (Corned beef, onions, potato and gravy). I know onion & potato is free, and I know that one tsp of gravy granules is one syn but how many are there in a tin of corned beef? I would imagine it was princes but could have been a store brand, probably Asda.

Anyone any ideas so I can see how good / bad it is?

Thanks!

Basic Corned Beef is 3 syns per 100g on EE and Red and 11 on green. xx

And mine - I bulk mine out with carrots and frozen peas too. You can get the tins of reduced fat cornbeef which wil be lower synned but isnt cheap!!

Check all us northerners out lol!!!

Well I had to make it this week after talking about it lol

I've actually put it in my slow cooker before coming to work which I've never done before - hope its not mush when I get home

Its only for me and hubby and I used a 200g tin of the lean corn beef for 4 syns
