Raspberries (cooked)

Hi

I put a few (6/7) raspberries in my Weetabix muffins before, any idea on SYNS? Or should I ignore them lol!

Its 1 syn per 100g of cooked raspberries. I Dont eat raspberries so Dont know what 100g looks like but I would think its a lot more than 6/7
