Starbucks Gingerbread Latte

Hi all

Does anyone know how many Syns are in a large gingerbread latte from Starbucks, with whipped cream and full fat milk? ?

Thank you!
I'm only asking because I used to have at least two of these a week and there's a few things I used to have daily that have shocked me with their syn values!

Mainly a triple bounty bar being 21syns! Xx

There are no values on the app for full fat milk but with semi skimmed tall 13 syns grande 16.5 and venti 20.5

From what I can remember the syrup is 1 syn per pump - whipped cream is approx. 2/3 syns and then they always use skimmed milk - unless you ask for full fat lol xx

Just a slight but important correction, they will only use skimmed milk if you ask them to. I used to work at Starbucks and for all hot drinks apart from a flat white, they always use semi-skimmed milk.

Just a little advice netty, Starbucks can easily be enjoyed using little syns. There's 340ml in a tall cup, so that's your HE A for the day if you use skimmed milk. If you have a latte like this without any whipped cream and with a sugar free syrup (they do caramel, vanilla and hazelnut), you'd get a syn free treat for the day. I do this regularly with hot chocolate, which works out at 3 syns for the chocolate syrup they use, and it's never affected my losses :)
