Syns Calculator

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help me, I bought from Tesco the Tesco Healthy Living Ginger Lime And Chilli Chicken (as they didn't have the hawaiin chicken!) but i cant find this on the syns diary, I have put this in the syns calculator with putting chicken as the free food and it is coming up as free, i wanted to double check that I have used the syns calculator correctly as i was a bit confused by it? Do you basically put in the free food bit if it is the main ingrediant?

Any help would be great thanks, as i also looked up the tesco 0% fat split pots as they look nice and putting in the syns calculator again with yoghurt being free these are only coming up as 1 syn?

Sorry just want to double check beforehand as don't want to ruin my weight loss if ive done it wrong!

Cannot find that particular chicken.

Give me all that you needed to put in the syns calculator and I will check for you. It could be free

yogurt is free for the calculater , it sounds like you are doing it correctly
