what would the syn value be for a onken natural yog flatbread?

I have just started my diet again today. I feel very determined this time, we will see. So anyway i have been making these jamie oliver flat breads for a while but with wholemeal flour but was looking for a alternative. How many syns would there in this recipe.
Rolled oats (blended to flour)
onken natural yoghurt
baking powder
a little salt.
