    SALAD CREAM

    there are so many low fat /healthy salad creams in the shop im just wondering which are the best tasting for the lowest syn values, i am a complete salad cream monster have it on everything but want to try to limit my syns

    Heinz extra light 1 syn per tbs.
    I use the light, I think it tast better than the extre light.
