    Tesco Light Choices cup a soups...

    I am sooooo freezing at work today the aircon says it's 27 degrees but it so can't be I've got 3 tops on and I'm still cold, 27 is like a tropical beach no way you could survive in a bikini in here (bikini? what's one of those then?!). Anyway I've brought a cold lunch today and regretting it but have found some cup a soups in my desk drawer, can anyone help with the syn values please? They are Tesco Light Choices Vegetable, and Chicken noodle cup a soups....can someone please help before I f-f-f-f-freeze...brrrrrrr.....thanks

    Get 'safely' away from 12 st - 11.7
    Get to this time last year's weight - 11.4
    Get back into the 10's
    My max healthy weight - 10.10
    'Feel comfortable' weight - 10.5
    Wedding Day (& happy with) weight - 10.2 (Tgt)
    Stretched Targets
    Get back into the 9's
    Lowest weight in 6 years - 9.10
    Would love to get down to weight - 9.7
