Thread: urgent pasta sauce syns please

Can someone work out these syns for me please. I want to have a go at the pizza but I haven't any herbs in. It is bertolli rustico sweet red and yellow pepper sauce.

typical values per 100g = 89kcal - protein 1.5, carbs 4.3g (of which sugars 3.6g) - fat 7.2g of which saturates 1.1g and fibre 0.5g the jar is 320g but only need a little for pizza sauce.
