    ACTIFRY how many syns do u count?

    Well my Actifry has just arrived,took everyones advice and bought one,looking forward to some chips,but not sure how many syns to count .I only do green so spuds are free but not sure about the oil that I have to add,any advice from you Actifry chip lovers?

    I am on my second Actifryer, the spinner thing broke on my original one and I was devasted, so make sure you keep the receipt as I did get my money back.

    I just love mine, I worked it out if you use approx 1 tsp per portion, that is 2 sins, but this is a guess.

    Hopefully there will be some other peeps on here that knows the exact amout.

    It does loads of stuff not just chips, so good luck with yours.
    First target - stay on track for a whole day. - Achieved
    2nd target - lose some weight this week. - Achieved - lost 1lb
    3rd target - Stay on track (accept for Sunday) til Christmas.

    I don't use all the oil in my activefry made some wonderful roast potatoes by par boiling them and then putting them in the activefry with just frylight - they were great

    i have one and its fab love the chips and wedges. i just spray chips with fry light, roasties i do with oil or they come out a bit dry. i would say the measuring spoon is about 2 table spoons which is 12 syns but thats based on a 4 portion load of chips so 3 syns for your portion. just use fry light and its free
