    Jello sugar free instant pudding

I like to add sugar free instant pudding (jello brand) to fat free yogurt. It's nice and thick and good, at least to me.

What would be the syns value?

i dont no but lookin at the nutritional value id say about 1 syn per serving (for very VERY rough estimates u devide the calorie content by 20 but u cant do this for everything or for example free foods would not be free) hope this helps

And looking at the ingredients it doesn't sound too appetising but I'll take your word for it

Thanks - one - two syns is what I thought it to be.

Once you add it to the fat free yogurt, it's pretty good, sweet and thick. The yogurt taste is a bit there as a very slight tartness, but not back.
