    Hi,
Sugar free jelly is 2 syns a sachet when made up
Fat free yoghurt is a free food so eat it whenever you wish to. If it's low fat then it will have a syn value.

Hi, sugar free jelly isn't free. The new Hartley pots are half a syn each I think I remember.

It doesn't matter whether you eat the yoghurts as part of a meal or not, if they are any of the free ones then they are always free. Not all low fat yoghurts are free though.

Thanks, just had a hartleys jelly, so will take it out of my syns. I am getting confused, because I used to do the core plan on weight watchers, and you can't have yogurt between meals only as part of a meal. I am loving this diet more and more. Thank you ladies.
