KFC (I know!) Twisters

Hi everyone,
After a fab week I thought I would indulge in a KFC twister meal thinking that on an Extra Easy day it wouldn't be THAT bad!
I roughly calculated whilst in the drive thru, that it would be about 5 for the wrap, 7 for the chicken and then 3 for the sauce.
Just been on to the website and nearly fell of my chair! It says its 27.5!!!!! I just cant understand how! That means I have well and trully undone all my great work this week.

Gutted. Can anyone please tell me there is a mistake on there? Please!

I've now had 112 for the week. I normally try to keep to about 80. but saying that I went out the other week and drank and ate about 50 in one night and still managed to lose 4lb! Fingers crossed for WI tmw.

not to worry, damage is done now! Good luck at WI tomorrow and I'm sure it's lesson learnt!

just a quick update... had WI last night and managed to lose 1lb so despite my stupidity I've still lost something!
