Had a Quorn peppered steak on Sunday and was wondering about the syn value?

Thank you for the info...I have some in the freezer, so that's my dinner sorted for tomorrow, with some nice steamed mixed veggies...

They are so delicious. I'm not even veggie but I love them. I like them with sweet potato wedges, as they take the time time to cook in the oven.

They have them for £1 per twin pack at my asda. Needless to say the freezer is currently full, except my (non veggie) husband keeps eating them TWO at a time!!! Argh.
