    Costa Coffee - Help on syn's please

    Hey,

    Can anyone tell me how many syn's are in a costa coffee skimmed vanilla lattee if i used the skimmed milk as my HEA?

    For future reference, Starbucks do sugar free syrup, so a medium sized skinny vanilla latte (sugar free) is just 1 HEXA- and fit too!
