Cauldron mushroom burgers

I am new to slimming world started monday my first weigh in was 13st 10lb i am doing quite well but can someone tell me what a 85g cauldron mushroom burger is on a green day please hope not to bad has i have already had it with a vegetable stir fry thanks for any info

If they were organic then they are 4 syns on green day, if not organic then they are 3 syns each on green!x
