I need some help.......iam stuck ......this is the 3rd time i have got stuck at this current weight. I wanted to loose 4stone, ive lost 2 and keep plato-ing around half way. Its not even like im near target. Im not but i just cant drop down into nxt stone and ive done loads, ive had soup week...

Lets share our desired target outfits and occassions.....my dress came today and it doesnt quite zip up or fit over my bottom and thighs :oops: its gunna take a stone i reckon at least before i fit in this beauty! No occassion.......just because i love dresses ;)

Does anyone know of any Slimming World Restaurants? I know there is one in Redcar, my Mum has been and loves it. I was wondering if there are any more around? Thankyou
