Well 2nd WI... Disaster!! Put on 3lb. What the h5ll?? Kept right on track and kept weeklies for a drink on Sat. Does using your weeklies on alcohol affect weight loss? I have done pp's off and on long enough to know what is a deserved loss/gain and am very realistic about it however this has left me totally deflated. I have been doing a lot of night shifts mixed in with day shifts but always take 1pp veggie stew so not even extra shifts as an excuse. Thoughts would be appreciated, probably won't be too keen on hearing "Stay off the drink then!" but I have sought advice and will take it on the chin:gen144: I got my "moment" over with yesterday and am now once again on track but feeling less confident than I did. Time to put on the big girl pants (way I'm going I need a bigger pair)
