previously I was logging my food on my fitness pal but too obsessed with the calories. Even though it was working for me.
This is today's example of my practice sw diary.

Cereal HEb
Skimmed milk HEa (I didn't use full allowance)

Mugshot
Nature valley popcorn bar (4.5syns)

Jacket potato, tuna sweetcorn.. salad with lettuce tomatos, beeetroot carrot

An apple
A banana

Then probably a muller light in a bit.. was gonna have a hi fi bar too but not sure now
