Hi all. Had a google for weight loss forums & found this site :) - Figure if I'm ever gonna shift this excess, I'm gonna need some support.
I currently live with my partner whose way of support is to remind of how fat I am (cos I must be blind right? lol) then cooks me a very unhealthy meal (go figure?).
I work in marketing, doing sampling in various locations for a supermarket & struggle with the not sampling for myself. Did OK for a while.... But weakened again over time :ashamed0005:.
Current weight: 20st 7lb
Goal weight: About 12st would be fantastic (optimistic?)
Diet followed: None specific as yet, just old fashioned cutting out/down on the heavy stuff & buying in lots of healthy bits for nibbling. Although, I am tempted to give a chance to one, but no idea which as there's far too many and they always seem a little.... Faddy? Advice welcome on the good/bad/ugly of those available to follow.

Bad food habits: Nibbling on samples, fizzy drink & too much carbs.

Can't think of anything else to add & have no doubt rambled enough lol.
