I wondered if anyone had had much success on simply filling? I cant fimd many posts where people have lost doing that plan.
I've tried sw before and it seems similar to that but sw seems to beva lot more popular than simply filling and I'm not sure if there is a reason for that?
If anyone has done simply filling and lost any weight by doing that I'd be grateful for any tips and to know how you found it
