Chinese chick chow mein

Just a question, I had chicken chow mein tonight... It was from Chinese takeaway, it was the small metal takeaway tray full with chow mein... I didn't weigh it... Does anyone know how much is in them?

That will be for a 340g or thereabouts portion though- they can easily be two or three times that.So for the future always weigh it
