After being stuck at 19st ish for a few years now (which is no healthy weight for a gentleman not far off his 50's) I've decided to take the plunge with the Flexi solution. Started last week, shake for breakfast, shake or soup for lunch and then a basic meal of meat and veg in the evening. Snacks have been fruit so far.

First week's loss was 10.5 lbs which is great, so I'm going to continue with the plan for at least a month and see how I get on. I expect progress to slow after the first week but I couldn't carry on with the binging, takeaways and endless biscuits which led me here.

Favourite shake is vanilla, to be honest a lot of the sweet ones taste fairly similar. Pasta and ham soup was dreadful though, won't be having that again!
