Help! Inspiration needed!

I did SW for a while and lost a stone. However I got bored with it and travel a lot for work so find it very hard to follow when not at home. I now have MyFitnessPal on my phone. TBH, both methods do work for me I am just finding it incredibly difficult to get motivated, I seem to have zero willpower at the moment! Any tips? Many thanks!

I’ll be counting calories properly at some point this week! I usually plan a day in advance on mfp! But do a weekly food plan on my calendar so I can shop only for what I need!

Try splitting your allowance for the day so you have a nice evening meal to look forward to! Also a couple of healthy snacks and plenty of water!

You can do this!
 
Same here... I've been watching a bunch of motivational videos on YT, tried to motivate myself with health reasons etc. I slipped almost everyday for last 3 weeks. Today wasn't bad. Just one cookie in the morning - all other meals were healthy with proper amount of calories. I guess I have to take it one day at a time.
