How much can I loose in 7 weeks?

As the title suggests. I start slim and save today 7 weeks till my holiday. How much could I reasonably loose? (Im 18 stone)

I think if you stuck to it 100% you'd easily lose 2stone! I started 6 weeks ago at 16.7 and have lost 2stone 7lbs x

I'd aim for 1 stone a month with anything more than that a bonus. Some people lose a stone or close to in their first week! You'll probably be faster than that and have much more off by the end of your 7 weeks, but why pressure yourself!
