I am joining slimming world tomorrow as need to have a little help with support ideas and commitment - plus it helps as daughter and friend are joining as well - plus the consultant sounds fantastic .

Did slimming world years before so I intend to follow EESP for a week then contiue with EE with an odd red day thrown in .

Love juicing but not when it's cold - a hearty bowl of porridge or good ole fry up

Plus as my teenage daughter wants to loose weight and eventually move out , think this club should give her the inspiration and cooking skills needed in life .

Technically starting plan wed after I have the books , but in reality NOW TODAY TGIS MINUTE lol ,

So going into this slightly blind as no books , but plenty of tips on this site . So will comment and advise along the way .

Day 1
B eggs (p) bacon (p) tin toms ( s ) red onion (f)
L calliflower broccoli carrots ( f ) ham ( p) olive oil ( b)
D cod (p)
green beans red onion (s) chick peas (b) in olive oil and curry spices .

(A) milk

Will edit accordingly also shopping today so will plan meals

Food diary looks really inviting - not sure about the chick peas, are they already prepared in olive oil and spices or did you do that yourself - sounds good
