Newbie help! basics of getting started on juddd?

i can't afford to buy the book :( so can anyone help me out please? i'm planning to start in 2 weeks once i've finished my vlcd at my goal weight of 9st. would like to lose a few pounds more & go down to 8st7 over time. i've worked out my ud/dd calories which are 1878 and 751 at 40%/waight loss/maintenance, but its under 500 on down days for the 1st two weeks on induction right? so am just going to have 2 exante shakes which are 200 cals each on down days. what should my up day calories be on induction? is it very important to count your calories on up days? i'm going to stay low carb for a few weeks so my glycogen stores fill up gradually & i maintain 9st rather than a sudden gain of a few lbs of glycogen. any advice would be amazing, thanks! x
