Puddings Scan bran alternative?

Hi all,

I have a birthday next week and want to make a low or free syn cake. I've heard of this scan bran but can't get hold of it. Is there anything I can use instead? It's for my group of NCT mums all of us started SW this week!

Hi =) my consultant actually prefers to use bran flakes rather than scan bran, it's much easier to get hold of and cheaper!
