ScanBran/AllBran Choc Courgette cake

50g All Bran or 5x Scan bran
1 oz cocoa powder
1 small (grated) courgette
6 Tbsp Splender
2 eggs

Method
Soften scan bran with a some warm water. Mash with a fork. Mix in Eggs, Cocoa and grated Courgette. Divide into 12 little cakes (i used yorkshire pudding pan) which have been sprayed liberally with frylight.
put in oven for 20-25 mins. they will not rise especially but make a flatish cake.

Optional for icing/frosting is Quark with cocoa or choc philadelphia.

How much water though? Last time I used Scan Bran I made the mixture too wet as it didn't specify! (still ate the 'sweets' though - Ferrero Rocher!)
