SW book or online -which has the most up to date info?

I am determined not to over spend my syns but the wine scores seem to differ ....

in the book - (doesn't differenciate volume except 5.5% and under).
red wine -
125ml - 4.5
175ml - 6.0
250ml - 8.5 (75 cl bottle would be 25.5)


online -
red wine -
Mighty Murray Classic Red Wine (125ml) 4½
Mighty Murray Classic Red Wine (175ml) 6½
Mighty Murray Classic Red Wine (250ml) 9

Red wine, light alcohol, 10-12% vol (175ml) 7
Red wine, light alcohol, 10-12% vol (250ml) 10 (75 cl bottle would be 30 syns)
Red wine, light alcohol, 10-12% vol (125ml) 5

Potentially 4.5 syn difference depending on which source you refer to - one bottle over a full evening out across bars and dinner is quite do-able on occasion. Any thoughts, please? xx

Online is the most up to date. The syn values for wine changed a while ago to reflect different strengths. My consultant went through it all in group and gave us a sheet to put in our books.
