Hi all,
I have recently bought some sugar free coffee house syrups and thought I would share my findings with you lovely lot.
The brand I use are Sweetbird and I only buy the sugar free option which are about £7 for 1ltr bottles on Amazon. I have been using them to flavour my muffins, to make home made frapps or just in my coffee to banish the dreaded cravings when everyone else is chomping on chocolates.
I'm pretty sure all three flavours (Vanilla, Caramel and Hazelnut) are Dukan friendly based on the nutritional info below for a 15ml serving.
