How about egg and bacon cups?? Line a silicon muffin tray with bacon, crack in an egg and bake til set
Or potato wedges? I made these for our taster the other night. Ping a couple of potatoes til softish, then chop into wedges, spray with frylight, sprinkle with salt and pepper, herbs, anything you fancy, and bake in a hot oven. Serve with syn free tomato sauce (tomato puree, pickled onion vinegar and sweetener to taste)
