Vitamin A :(

Myfitnesspal keeps warning me about Vitamin A saying I'm well over the recommended amount...

The live chat on Exante site said that it's nothing to worry about and you can't have too much, but online it says if you have too much preformed vitamin A (I.e.supplements etc) it can be a bad thing 😣

Idk how to work out whether it's a supplement in the shakes or whether it's an ok form to have loads of

MFP is a minefield of misinformation at the best of times so I bet I'm worrying over nowt?
