New on here....
Hi,
I've been lurking on here, being inspired by you all for the past week!
Today is my eighth day on the TF diet. I haven't weighed again yet because my initial weight was done at my GP's a fortnight ago, and my next appointment is on Tuesday, so I'll update it then.
I've managed to stick to it 100%, but its a bit of a struggle at the weekend when hubby and the boys are here as well, and are wanting to eat out. I did manage to fit in a trip to nando's yesterday though, and just had a chicken salad, and a glass of water.
I hope everyone else doing ok today.

Welcome and well done on sticking to the diet - weekends are always harder - I think it's lack of the routine we all have during the week
Let us know how you get on at the weigh in

A kilo a week is over half a stone a month though Kate. I know I've done diets before, and i've felt demotivated if i've only lost a couple of pounds because i've got such a long way to go, but I think this time i've managed to get my head around the fact that this is going to take me a long time, and every loss, even a small one, is a step closer.
