How do you identify what posts you have replied to?

So when you are looking at the posts under new posts or from the thread listings inside the various forums. How do you know which threads you have written to?

This screenshot applies to all places that list threads, be it inside the Cambridge Diet section or from under the "new posts button"

On the left you will aways see something with an arrow over it if you have written a thread. This means you have written in the thread.

On the right you might not always get this but it means your suscribed to the thread.
