I am a new vegetarian, new to Minimins, and new to Slimming World! I made the choice to go veggie for ethical reasons rather than slimming reasons, and I have only started Slimming World this week, but it seems if I stick to the Green plan I will be pretty sorted!
My only concern is getting enough protein really, I run and work out a few times a week, and always used to take a veggie protein powder (Vega Sport) and eat lots of nuts. I think those things must be affecting my weight though as I have gained about 5lb recently
So does anyone have any other suggestions to get enough protein in my diet, I have read that eating loads of soy can be really damaging, but I definitely want to stick to vegetarianism! It's for me
