Hi Gang,

Following on from my previous thread about the next challenge, I thought I'd take it upon myself to kick start one. (apologies if I'm stepping on anyone's toes).

As you can see by the dates it has nothing really to do with the 1st April, but that's the only thing I could think of! :eek:

APRIL 'FOOL' SIX-WEEK CHALLENGE

14 March 07 ~ 30 April 07
WEEK 1 = weighs up to and including 21 March
WEEK 2 = weighs up to and including 28 March
WEEK 3 = weighs up to and including 04 April
WEEK 4 = weighs up to and including 11 April
WEEK 5 = weighs up to and including 18 April
WEEK 6 = weighs up to and including 25 April
WEEK 7 = weighs up to and including 02 May (final week)

(you'd be a fool not to believe in yourself)​

I didn't do particularly well with my own three week challenge, but I'm still trying lol!

I'll keep my 3 wk thread going as we all started our 3 weeks at different times, and maybe some of them would like to stay on both.

I'll post my own weight and target later as I'm pushed for time at the mo, but don't worry about stepping on anyones toes, I'm sure there is room for many challenges here!

I for one, need all the help I can get.....

Not at all - welcome on board. You may ... in fact I know that sticking to it for 4 weeks will give you the impetus to carry on for ther other 14 days. Especially when you see the weight loss.

Can I ask you:

1) what your start weight is?
2) what you aim to lose?

Yeah Sorry - For Four Weeks I Aim To Lose At Least 2-3llb A Week - I Giving My Self Chance To Do This As I Never Done One Before So It A Little Worry -
But I Will Do My Best And 2-3llb Each Week I Think I Will More Then Happy With! Thanks For Not Getting In Bad Mood I Was A Bit Worried As I Never Wanted To Take A Thunder Away!
