Officially, it's not advised but I do know that some people on LL have used the CD Mousse successfully and with no effect on their weightloss.

I believe Cambridge want to encourage people to just the extras from their CDC's rather than from the site.

Not a lot of help if you are on Lipotrim though

No idea why they kept the fibre one up there. Perhaps they felt that some people wouldn't like to ask for that and would rather keep their need for it private

Yep, CD would prefer that you buy those products from your CDC, hence it being removed from sale.

Thanks everyone, I will stick with the LL flavourings and not venture to mix a mousse I don't think.

I wonder if I can get hold of my LLC to ask her about the crisps, if I can have them and a bar each day that will help as we plan on doing a lot of walking and stuff. We are going to the lake district without kids!

Hi,

All the add on products, eg. flavourings, mousse, fibre, ketostik etc. should ideally be bought from your own CDC. However, not all CDC's stock the products.

If anyone is stuck or on other programmes all are compatible and I do a postal service for these items. I am sure others here also offer this service.

If anyone is stuck and cannot get hold of the add on products please email me on Expose Email and I will try and help.

I must stress that this is only for the add on products no counsellor is allowed to sell the Cambridge Diet on line, even as samples, this must be through a counsellor you have personally met to ensure all safety checks have been met and the code of conduct upheld.

Cool, I have book marked your address - I have loads of flavourings left at the moment (bought a couple this week) so when I run short I will drop you an email.

On my other question about the crisps, I called my LLC and she said that as it is just for a couple of days I can make the crisps in advance and take them with me but to eat no more than the equivallent of one pack on each day as microwaving them does loose some of the nutrition.

I am quite pleased as it means I can have a bar and a "pack of crisps" whilst out and I don't need to carry a jug and spoon everywhere

In 5 weeks I am going away for 3 nights, to Disneyland Paris!!!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!
I was thinking of going to 750 a day, taking in 3 cd meals and then when we eat at night I can join in with salads and veg etc with protein.
When I came back and go back on to SS will I still have problems for the first 4 days like before?? or should I be in Ketosis still?
I am not going to jeopodise this diet for the sake of 3 nights away but any answers and suggestions will be so much appreciated.

Hi Vicki

It very much depends on what you eat. If you try to stay away from carbs (bread, rice, pasta, potatoes) and avoid sugary sweet stuff, you may well find you remain in ketosis on 790. In that case, it should just be like doing a preparation week and lowering your intake til you are back on SS.
