My Mood: Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Hi Irene, you can have CD's vegetable drink one teaspoon per day (does not count as anything) it is great when you crave something savioury. Apparently you can also have Marigold Bouillon (1 tsp) but it has double the salt so you need to drink more water with it (tastes better than CDs). Heather x ![]() |

My Mood: Rep Power: 3 ![]() | Angus Cactus Are any of the CDC's out there able to tell me if I can take Angus Cactus whilst on CD. I am in my 25th week of CD and I used to take it before the diet to help with my sore boobs before my TOTM. I have managed without it till now but this week they are mega sore and even resorting to sleeping in my bra. |

They can also make you a bit windypops (!) so best to limit them! love Last edited by Isobel1965 : 31st July, 2006 at 02:46 PM. |

But it's a bit of a risk and you might not want to. I only say this as I know of some people who have 3 bars a day and are absolutely fine - altho the official guideline is just the one. Just a thought - but you do what you're comfortable with, hun. love |

My Mood: Rep Power: 12 ![]() ![]() ![]() Diet: Cambridge | Just to back Isobel up on that one. I've also known people be perfectly fine on three bars a day (completely against the rules, but what are you going to do?) And then you get the people who only have to sniff a bar who end up getting the runs. I would much rather any of my clients have a bar more than they should and stay on the diet and lose weight, than eat a bag of crisps or a bit of toast. |
