    Woohoooo!!! Had my 1st weigh in tonight

    Hi all

    Well just wanted to share my news with you all!!!

    Went to see my CDC tonight to swap some flavours over & she asked if i wanted to jump on the scales?!

    So after 4 days i have managed to lose 6.5lbs!!!!!!!!!!

    I am so flippin chuffed, really has spurred me on.

    WK3 - 11th Nov - 16st 10lb (-3lb)
    WK4 - 18th Nov -16st 8lb (-2lb)
    Total for 4 weeks = 17lb


    WK5 - 25th Nov - 16st 8lb (STS)
    9th Dec - 16st 3lb (-5lb)






    GOALS (for now)
    Lose 1st stone
    Get down into the 16s
    To get into the 15s
    Lose 10% of starting body weight (25lb)
    To lose 2nd stone
    To zip up waterproof jacket (bought in a charity shop on purpose with a 4" gap at the front)
    To get into a size 18
    To lose 3rd stone
    To have a BMI lower than 35
    To lose 4th stone

    May 17th 2011 - The fight back to health.:
    May to December 2011 28lbs lost.

    Weight gained between December 2011-March 2012 = 9lbs
    March 26th - Back with a vengeance!

    New day for weigh-ins- Mondays.
    Start weight 15.11
    April 2nd - 1lb lost = 15.10
    April 9th - 2lbs lost = 15.8
    April 16th -1lb lost = 15.7
    April 23rd - STS = 15.7 = acceptable!
