Diet: Slim & Save
Height: 5' 4"
Start Weight: 196lb
Current Weight: 179lb
Goal Weight: 147lb

BMI Information:
Start BMI: 33.6
Current BMI: 30.7
Goal BMI: 25.2

Statistics:
Total Weight Loss: 17lb
Weight to Lose: 32lb
% Lost 8.67%
Question Body Fat Ratio: what is the healthy range?

I bought the Lloyds pharmacy £4.99 hand held monitor but there was no indication in the booklet what is a healthy percentage of body fat.
Mine was 33% which means a third of my body is fat but I'm unsure what I should be aiming for as my BMI is 26 so that will soon be in the healthy range.
Can anyone help?

Hi Wez

Found this little chart on weightloss resources as I too bought the fat monitor form Lloyds and was disappointed with the lack of guidance in the booklet!
Hope it helps
