5. Fit into my best trousers again FITTED
6. Be under 19stone ACHIEVED
7. Wear a favourite top again WEARING
8. lose 3 stone LOST
9. Beat last time low of 17.10
10. lose 4 stone
11.get into the 16s
12. Fit into the dress for the wedding
13.lose 5 stone
14. BMI under 35
15. Wear size 18 clothes

Supposed to be going out tonight but not had confirmation from girlfriend yet - i got banned from my fave place in Cardiff cos i argued with bar staff last week, so if they are planning on going there i'm stuffed!! I'm gutted! haha
I hate not knowing what i'm doing for the day/evening, i'm such a control freak!
