Am doing be-you TFr and loving it. Lost 22lbs in 3 weeks. Really would like to hear if anyone else is following it and how they are getting on.

I've seen that one but never tried. They seem to sell on ebay a lot. Is it nice? What packs do you get?

Yes, I've had shakes and soups from Be-Yu Nikki. I think it's exactly the same as the shakes and soups from S & S (and some of the Dietimeals from LowCarbMegastore). We've had various conversations about the source being the same. The only thing I will say about Be-Yu is that it's much more expensive than either S & S, LowCarb or even the Kee Diet - the last one was under 9 quid for 7 and Be-Yu was cosing me 13+ for the same product/number of sachets (not from ebay though, from the company). Might be worth considering another source if the product is exactly the same.
