I'm BACK. I feel off the wagon but I'm BACK BABY! I've set myself a 10 day challenge, as a sort of 'reset, I'm back, falling off the wagon didn't matter, I'm back on track' diet mindgame to play with myself. My ONLY FOCUS for the next 10 days is to stick to my VLCD NO MATTER WHAT (starting today NOW, already had my shake for breakfast). I'm gonna try to exercise, gonna try to take my olive leaf extract...but if I don't it's OK, as long as I stick to the diet I shall consider this next 10 days a SUCCESS. And I'm not going to weigh myself during the 10 days either, I shall wait until the end and see where I'm at
And that shall be my jumping off point for the next week. I'm gonna end this month on a high people, and back on track!!

Oh forgot to say, I had a chocolate shake with a spoon of instant coffee this morning and had a cappaccino bar for lunch. I definately like the chocolate bars better than the cappaccino or berry crunch. The two i don't like as much have kind of weird grainy stuff in the middle a bit like rice bubbles. But the chocolate one is really smooth in the middle, kind of like a nougat or a soft fudge. I will definately be getting mainly those ones after all my bars run out! The cappaccino shake and the chocolate dessert are also my favourites. Haven't tried any of the soups and I don't think I will as I'm a sweet-tooth

Good to see you in the groove. One thing you might want to consider is writing out your goals and why you want to lose weight. Be totally honest with yourself. Then you can refer to them in the future if there's a bit of a wobble. Also, consider having lots of mini goals which you can mark off progress towards. All helps ou keep in the zone!

Depending on your soup flavour, can I just say- I only have chicken, don't like the others on S&S but can only eat it with ground black pepper and ground garlic. Nice for a savoury fix!
All the best for the rest of the challenge, do everything you can to keep motivated. I'm reading all the low-carb books I can get my hands on!

It's great you are posting lots. It helps divert one. It's fabulous you chucked out teh temptations your brought into the house.
It's also great that you are working out what you like and don't like. Getting the bars/shakes/sachets or whatever that you can sustain is essential. I wouldn't say I love the ones I use most - but they are acceptable and I can get on with them.
